Hey, I’m Caity - the coach and creator of perform.


To me, training is about looking after your body, not just for now, but for the version of you that exists in 50 years' time. It’s about moving in ways that feel good, building a routine that’s actually sustainable, and showing up for yourself - even when motivation dips. I believe consistency beats intensity, and that our effort moves in waves: sometimes strong, sometimes soft, but always present. Whether your goal is to build strength, lose weight, or simply feel more confident in your body, perform is all about taking action - in big ways, in small ways, day in and day out. That doesn’t mean pushing through when you need rest. It means listening, adjusting, and choosing to care for yourself in the way that matters most.
